Sean D. Ries
In 1994, Sean began working in the financial industry at Allmerica Financial. He worked as a financial consultant until 2003 when he left Allmerica to create MR Financial Group, Inc. Sean designed MR Financial Group as a single resource for a client’s financial needs. Having just celebrated their fifth anniversary, MR Financial Group has matured into a successful and helpful company that advices hundreds of clients.
Sean holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and Sociology from Gettysburg College. In 2009 Sean completed The Institute of Business and Finance’s MBA program and currently holds that degree along with his Master of Science in Financial Service (MSFS). He is board Certified in Mutual Funds (BCM), Asset Allocation (BCAA), Securities (BCS) and Estate Planning (BCE). He is a Certified Fund Specialist (CFS), Annuity Specialist (CAS), and Senior Consultant (CIS). All designations are from The Institute of Business and Finance and La Jolla, California. Sean is a member and former President of the Financial Leadership Council that meets twice a year to discuss the market, products, and services with other financial planners from all over the United States. Sean currently resides in Allison Park, Pennsylvania with his wife Megan and daughter Lily. In his free time, he enjoys running, gardening, and computers. sean@mrfinancial.biz | Sean D.
